Privacy policy

Last updated: November 2026

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we process, why, and what rights you have. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible

Narabridge Ltd., Sonneggweg 6, 3303 Jegenstorf, Switzerland
Contact for data protection: Thomas Kutt, thomas.kutt@fintex-europe.com

2. Visiting this website

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the pages visited and the time of access. We use this data only to run the website securely and reliably. It is kept only as long as needed for this purpose, unless it is required to investigate a security incident.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server; no data is sent to third parties when they load.

3. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide, typically your name, company, contact details and the content of your message, to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare or perform a contract.

4. Booking a call

Calls are booked via Google Calendar appointment schedules. When you book, Google processes your name, email address, the selected time and any notes you add on our behalf. We use this data only to arrange and hold the call.

5. Clients and business relationships

For clients and prospective clients, we process contact and contract data to provide our services, issue invoices and meet our legal obligations, such as retention duties under Swiss commercial law. Our accounting is handled by an external fiduciary bound by confidentiality.

The Fintex Stakeholder Solution itself is operated by The Fintex Group. Data you enter on the platform or in the app is governed by The Fintex Group's own privacy policy.

6. Service providers

We work with carefully selected providers who process data on our behalf and under our instructions:

  • Google (Google Workspace: email, calendar, documents)
  • cyon (web hosting, Basel, Switzerland)
  • Our fiduciary for accounting

7. Data transfers abroad

Some providers may process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the EU and the USA. We only transfer data to countries with adequate data protection or on the basis of appropriate safeguards, such as the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

8. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as long as required by law. For business records, this is generally ten years.

9. Legal basis (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we process data to perform a contract or take steps before entering into one (Art. 6(1)(b)), to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running this website and communicating with clients and prospects (Art. 6(1)(f)).

10. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing and to receive it in a common format. To exercise these rights, write to thomas.kutt@fintex-europe.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you are in the EU, with your local data protection authority.

11. Security

We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this website applies.
